How to write it for accurate AI scoring (structure + example)

Cover these 5 points — more detail = sharper AI scoring (esp. #4, the one people skip):

  1. 1

What — the task you want help with

e.g.: Customers chat on LINE asking menu, price, hours

  2. 2

How often + how long it takes

    e.g.: 30-50 messages/day, ~2-3 hrs/day to answer

  3. 3

How you do it now + what's the pain

e.g.: Staff reply by hand at the counter — slow, customers wait

  4. 4

How sure it'll work — has anyone done it and seen real results?

e.g.: Seen several shops use LINE auto-reply — customers stop waiting

  5. 5

If it works, the outcome you want

e.g.: Want AI to handle basic Qs, route only table bookings to a human

What is the ICE Framework? How do I use it?

ICE is a simple framework founders/PMs everywhere use to decide which idea to do first. You rate 3 dimensions (1-10):

  • Impact — If it works, how much does the business improve? Removes a key bottleneck? Unlocks scaling?
  • Confidence — How sure are you it really works? A proven case, or still just a hypothesis?
  • Ease — Cost in time/money? No-code, or months of dev work?

We compute an ICE score (Impact-weighted), place it in a 2×2 quadrant (Impact × Ease), and recommend a Tier: do it now, plan it, keep for later, or not right now.
