Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Anonymous users: the idea text you enter, your ICE scores, a session ID (cookie), and a hashed IP used only for rate-limiting.
• Signed-in users: the above plus your email and any profile details you provide (name, company, industry).

2. How we use it

• To compute and show your idea's ICE score.
• To build aggregate, anonymized benchmarks — only summary stats are shown, never anyone's idea text.
• The AiROVA team may review data to follow up if you're interested in our services. Idea text is treated as confidential business information — never sold, never shared externally.

3. Anonymized benchmarking

When we show "how peers in your group scored", we group by industry and only display results once a group has at least 5 ideas — so no individual can be re-identified, and original idea text is never exposed.

4. Your rights (PDPA)

• View, edit, or delete your data.
• Delete ideas one by one from your dashboard.
• To delete your account + all data, email pipat.wattana@9catdigital.com.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on Supabase (Singapore region), encrypted in transit and at rest, with Row-Level Security limiting you to your own data. Any API key you bring (BYO key) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
